It’s easy! Choose from the categories on the left of the home page to take you to a page of products. You will see thumbnail images with prices situated bottom left. If you click on an image it will take you to a larger picture with more details about the product. You can click the image again for a third, more detailed picture.

If you wish to buy a product, just select your size and add to your cart. Once you have finished shopping, view your cart by pressing the ‘view cart’ button and proceed to checkout. Fill in all the relevant details and you will be taken to PayPal in order to pay.

 

How do I pay?

If you have a PayPal account, you can pay via that. Otherwise, when you get to the PayPal page, click on the ‘continue’ button which is situated above the credit card icons and you can pay using that method.

 

Problems processing my order

Please ensure that you enter the correct 'Billing Address' details. The most common problems occur when customers fail to enter the full 'Billing Address'.

Please also ensure that you enter the Card Holder Name correctly (as seen on the card) as this can also prevent an order processing.

Delivery and postage

DELIVERY AND POSTAGE IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS OVER £50! This applies to the UK only.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOW DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UK. Please see below for details.

WE DELIVER VIA COURIER ON THE UK MAINLAND NOT ROYAL MAIL SO NO DELAYS ON ORDERS.

The goods will generally be delivered within 3 working days of acceptance of the order. We do not deliver at the weekend within the free delivery method. For next day delivery, please see below.

Please note that delivery of goods to Ireland, Scotland, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man may take a little longer as we send the goods by Royal Mail or they go by road via our couriers. 

The item must be signed for and will arrive at any time before 4 pm onthe delivery day. If you are not in when the item arrives, you will beleft a card and asked to arrange another day for delivery. Again theitem will arrive at any time before 4pm on the delivery day arranged. This is a part of our service. If you wish to specify adelivery time with the courier, this will be at your own cost. Please contact thecourier - details will be on the card they leave with you.

If returning the goods, the costs will be at your expense unless the goods are defective.

The following are costs for delivery and postage to the UK where orders are under £50.

Next day delivery

If you would like guaranteed next day delivery this will be at a cost and only applies to orders made on working days.  Please order before 12 pm and then get in touch with us by calling 0121 455 7577 and quoting your reference number. We will request the funds via paypal.  You will receive an email with a link to paypal allowing you to pay via paypal or via credit card/debit card.  We will be able to tell you the cost of delivery depending on the quantity you order (approximately £7 UK mainland).

 

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY 

We have started to do this. Please order online then send an email to trade@gucinari.co.uk including your order reference number, stating you would like worldwide delivery. We will then find out the cost and send a money request via paypal. Once we have funds, we will send the shoes out to you. If you need to return the goods, this will be at your cost so please consider this before you buy.

 

Can I track my order?

We use Trax Express courier service which offers an on-line tracking service. Please contact us and we can track your order for you.

 

What is the returns policy?

No quibbles! We are pleased to refund unworn and unmarked goods accompanied by the purchase invoice within 28 days of the purchase date. You must return the goods to us, in unused and otherwise re-saleable condition in the original packaging. We strongly recommend you try the goods on a carpet to avoid any marks or scratches.

In accordance to your rights we will be pleased to exchange or refund where goods are found to be defective.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds if the goods have been worn and you have changed your mind or if goods have been damaged after purchase.

If returning the goods, the costs will be at your expense unless the goods are defective.  Please enclose your order reference number(commencing 00) stating whether you would like an exchange or refund.Send them back to:

PLEASE NOTE: If you are returning products please remember they are your responsibility, as a customer, until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, for example Royal mail special or recorded delivery or a courier service.

Returns will be processed via paypal once we receive the goods and will take a couple of working days to reach your account.

 

Faulty items

What happens if my product is faulty on arrival?

Please let us know immediately and send it back to our warehouse (address below) either requesting the same item to be sent again or for a full refund, this will include your initial postage.

Please note you will not be charged postage for the new 'like for like' item being sent back out to you.

Trade FAQ

How do I use this website?

You need to log on as a trader, which you can do by entering your user name and password at the bottom of the page. You can decide what this is. Once you have done this, you are taken to a welcome page and you will see on the left of the page the categories you can view. If you click on the category you are interested in, it will take you to the relevant page.

When viewing the products as thumbnail images (those are the small images when you first look at a page), the style number is visible under the image for your reference. There is also a plus sign in the top right hand corner, which, if you click on it, will save the chosen product in your personal list. The plus sign will now show as a tick.

You can also click on the thumbnail image to get a larger picture of and more details about the product. From there you can add the product to your list. You will also find a ‘my list’ button which is situated under the men’s and women’s buttons to the left of every page which will take you directly to your list. This list will have a picture and style number of the footwear you have added and will be saved automatically. When you log off, your list will be automatically saved but you can remove any products by clicking on the ‘remove’ button by each product or the ‘remove all’ button.

You can send the list to Gucinari by pressing the ‘send list’ button when you are in the ‘ my list’ page in order to ask about prices or anything else. You can also print this list which will include pictures and style numbers of the products in your list.

What is the minimum order requirement for Gucinari?

For accounts based in the UK our minimum order requirement when buying from stock is one carton per style per colour. One standard carton contains 12 pairs and the size break down in each carton is as follows:

Do Gucinari charge for delivery?

For normal delivery requirements to accounts based in the UK there is no charge. For accounts based outside the UK the charges will depend on location and on the quantity ordered. Please use the contact us function and send us your query directly.

 

Can I purchase single pairs direct from Gucinari?

All styles on the trade site are subject to our minimum order policy of one carton per colour per style. However, a limited selection of styles can be bought as single pairs available on our public access website at gucinari.co.uk.

 

How do I order stock from Gucinari?

Please contact us and we will set up an account for you. Initially, payment may be needed by pro forma. Thereafter, we can set up credit accounts.

New customers are welcome to come to our showroom and we can progress opening orders in person. Subsequently orders can be placed by phone, email or post. Our showroom is located at:

Do you have a pricelist?

You can either e-mail us by using the send list function in the ‘my list’ page, fax or telephone us with a list of the styles you are interested in buying and where you are located and we will inform you of the prices.

 

If I buy Gucinari styles for my shop will you supply other shops in my area?

It is the company policy of Gucinari to protect accounts in their immediate area within reason. Please contact us for further information.

 

Where are your shoes and boots manufactured?

Gucinari works closely with factories in Italy, Spain, Portugal, as well as the Far East.

 

What fairs or exhibitions do Gucinari show at?

We are showing at MODA FOOTWEAR UK at the NEC in Birmingham in both February and in August. We shoe at Micam in Milan, Italy. We also show at boutique shows around the country so keep an eye on the news page.

 

Can you supply the name of a Gucinari stockist in my area?
