Conditions of sale

1. These are the terms and conditions (which include our privacy policy and copyright notice) on which we do business for goods ordered through this website. This website is intended for use by UK residents only. These terms and conditions are designed to set out clearly our responsibilities and your rights. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order and agreeing to them and retain a copy for future reference.

2. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time but, in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when you placed your order. Otherwise, no alteration of these terms and conditions shall apply unless previously agreed in writing.

3. A contract is formed between us and yourselves, i.e. accepted, when (and not before) we have received settlement of your credit/debit card payment. You may not cancel or vary your order once it has been accepted.

4. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found prior to despatch of the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

5. Pictures, illustrations or descriptions or any other information submitted or contained in this website or other advertising matter are for general information and guidance only. They do not form part of the contract. There may be minor variations between the goods as shown or described on our website and those dispatched to you without affecting their function, quality or price.

6. All payments are taken in pounds Sterling. All purchases are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing UK rate and exclusive of delivery charges. Please click here for details of delivery and postage.

7. The ordered goods will be delivered to the address in the UK entered by you on the on-line order. Please click here for details of what to do if you are not at the address when the goods are delivered. Ordered goods will normally be delivered within 3-5 working days of your order being accepted, unless otherwise notified to you by us and, in any event, within 30 days of your order. If we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a refund for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

8. All orders are accepted subject to availability of the goods. If any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit in full any sum that has been paid by you or debited from you credit card. For the avoidance of doubt other goods ordered by you will be dispatched in the normal way.

9. You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays in the United Kingdom. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by hand or post, fax or email, at the address, fax number or email address shown below, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.

10. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you must return the goods to us at your own cost, in unused and otherwise re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. We would recommend you try the goods on a carpet to avoid marking or scratching. The goods must be returned to the address shown below. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession or in transit.

11. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods within 30 days.

12. Any claim by you that any footwear is defective or not of satisfactory quality, must be notified to us by telephone, e-mail or letter within 7 days from the date of delivery or, where this was not apparent on reasonable inspection, within 7 days after discovery or 30 days after despatch by us, whichever is the earlier. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability for such failure or defect.

13. If you make a valid claim under paragraph 12, we shall replace the ordered goods in question free of charge or, refund in full the payment made in respect of such goods, but we will have no further liability for such failure or defect. Such replacement or refund is conditional upon the ordered goods in question having been returned to us.

14. If dissatisfied with the goods for any reason, you can return the goods unworn and in saleable condition to us by post within 28 days of delivery. We will refund the cost of the goods but not the postage and packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

15. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instructions (oral or written), misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.

16. We shall not be liable to you for any business losses such as loss of profits or consequential damage arising from any failure to supply the goods in accordance with the contract.

17. The contract shall be governed by the laws of England and the English Courts will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the contract. The contract will be concluded in the English language only.

Severance

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement will be governed by the laws of England and any user of the website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of the English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
